My Biography

Bryan Jacoby is a true island native. Born and raised on Hilton Head Island, Bryan has watched Hilton Head and the surrounding areas grow over the last thirty years. He has lived in many areas and neighborhoods around the island and in recent years has learned many of the communities and neighborhoods that Bluffton has to offer. Bryan started selling real estate in September 2001 after serving his country in the United States Marine Corps. Since 2001, Bryan has specialized in new construction and new developments around Hilton Head and Bluffton.

 Bryan has worked mainly with his family in their construction and real estate business, Model Homes of Hilton Head INC, and Bryan Homes Realty. During this time, he has been honored with the Realtor association sales award and has been a top ten Realtor for the past several years. Bryan has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and helped coach a little league baseball team. Bryan and his wife Ann, along with young daughter Kenzie, currently live in Bermuda Pointe, one of Hilton Head’s newer water front developments off Squire Pope Road. Bryan enjoys the beach, boating, running, racquetball , and playing golf. His most recent accomplishment was completing his third marathon, the 2008 Kiawah Marathon.

 Bryan is still working closely with his father and the four new neighborhoods they are creating in Hilton Head and Bluffton. Bryan pays close attention to detail and is always willing to devote all his time and energy to his clients.
